Le silence devient solide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Dans les organisations : la \u00ab mentalit\u00e9 de silo \u00bb.\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9quipe Produit ne veut pas marcher sur les plates-bandes de l\u2019Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019Engineering attend les sp\u00e9cifications de Produit.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9cart entre eux se creuse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le produit y tombe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat, ce n\u2019est pas le conflit. Le Product Owner qui attend que l\u2019\u00e9quipe prenne les devants est rationnel.<\/p>\n<p>La structure fait en sorte que ces actes rationnels d\u2019autonomie produisent un acte collectif d\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n<p>Le Double-D\u00e9senchev\u00eatrement n\u2019est pas une erreur.
